I dogged on Marreese Speights a lot recently. I see the Grizzlies have a new big man coach! There's hope for us all! He showed up in this game taking 15 rebounds that you know Kevin Love would have competed for. This is progress and with the home stand we can hope to steal a few more wins from some good teams like this.
Point guard stats have declined bit now to the norm, yet they still lead all other positions this week after 27 games played. Quincy Pondexter bucked the trend entirely and set this team on fire. Poor play from the bench nearly allowed the Wolves back in it. The Grizz had too many big weapons for this Loveless Minnesota road team.
